President's Message

Welcome to the website for the Genesee Valley Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development (GV ASTD)! We continue our commitment to provide our professional members and the community at large with best practices in workforce learning and development, as evidenced in the depth and breadth of our website and the programs, networking and professional development opportunities we offer.

For those of you who are already members and have volunteered your time and energy towards our various endeavors (such as our Chapter achieving Superstar Status from our national organization), I thank you. I want each of you to know that without your contributions of time and talent, we would not be able to offer all of the exciting and cutting edge opportunities for professional development to our members throughout the region.

If you are wondering how you can expand or apply your professional skills and/or network with your peers throughout the Genesee Valley, please join us at a Program, Networking Event, or a Special Interest Group (SIG).
