This program is hosted by the Genesee Valley Chapter ASTD in partnership with the Genesee Valley Chapter SHRM. It has been submitted to the HR Certification Institute for review.

This highly interactive session will explore generational differences in the workplace and how they affect the way individuals interact and make critical decisions.

By the end of this session, participants will:

• Recognize the four generations in today’s workplace and understand the influences that have shaped each generation.
• Gain an improved understanding their own generation as well as the other generations, and gain awareness of the assumptions that surround each.
• Identify mindsets and behaviors that are critical to leveraging success amongst the various generations in the workplace.

About the Presenter:
Arthur Brown is President of Teaching & Training by Design, LLC, a consulting company that focuses on organizational systems and leadership development. Teaching & Training by Design, LLC offers, Interactive Design, a theatre based training component that focuses on “experiential learning.” He has had the unique ability of combining his theatre experience with his professional background.
